Nice Tablet for the Price
I have only had about a week with it, but so far it is a solid tablet for everyday use. I use it for web browsing, checking email, watching movies, and some light games. I like the kickstand feature and it works well on cellular and wifi service. It serves me well for my needs. I do not like the auto brightness it seems to be too dim at times. Other than that it is solid for the price.

This is my first tablet, I love it. The screen is so crisp and clean. I do wish I had a case for it, but this is a brand new product, so that'll come.

Broken screen will not respond to touch can you get a mouse to work. I need to retrieve data off an app.
We regret the inconvenience you have experienced with this tablet device. The setup of a Bluetooth Mouse would require a setup process, which in this type of a device, would require data to be entered on the touchscreen. If that screen will not operate, then it will unlikely that the Mouse could be set up properly.
