What People Are Saying

Rated 4.6 out of 5 by 9 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Clip on 3D Glasses Bought these for the wife and friends who sometimes require viewing glasses in addition to 3d glasses for some films. All seem to enjoy them, and state they work well. May 30, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Product meet my expectations plus. The product was ordered through LG. I received the product within two days and was notified that the package was delivered to my porch. The clip n glasses are easy to use and offer a clear picture. I do not have any negatives for the glasses. January 2, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by able to view without the added bulk I have family members that were glasses, and the clip on lens allows them to enjoy the 3D content without the additional weight or bulk of wearing two sets of glasses. November 11, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Can be a great choice if you wear glasses Because these are clip-ons, I can imagine they might not fit everyone's glasses and frames perfectly. In fact, they're a bit short vertically for my glasses (but I wear bifocals so it's not an issue). But they provide more than enough width and height for our 55" OLED set when sitting six feet away. They're well made, and the spring clip assembly is particularly easy to use. I do think the mounting clips could be an issue for people with close-set eyes. As others have pointed out, the clips are a bit large and could obscure the vision of some people, especially children who already wear glasses. My wife and I don't notice it though. They are nearly twice as expensive as LG's framed 3D glasses, however, and it's not obvious where the extra manufacturing costs lie. Still, for people who require vision correction, these clip-ons provide a much nicer viewing 3D experience compared to trying to simultaneously wear two pair of framed glasses. October 25, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Handy The ones that come with the TV work fine but are a bit awkward if you wear glasses, these work much better for that purpose. February 13, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by OK for the price The glasses work great if you don't mind the clips blocking your view. Honestly, the clips are black and are so large, they block part of your vision. If they were smaller or clear plastic, the glasses would probably work fine. I went back to using the glasses that came with the LG TV, and figured this was just a poor purchase. February 4, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by THIS PRODUCT WORKS GREAT GREAT FOR A PERSON THAT ALREADY WEARS GLASSES, FITS NICE OVER THE NEWER STYLE GLASSES January 16, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Just what I needed For anyone wearing prescription glasses thjese are a must. Prior to buying the clip-ons I had to wear the 3D glasses over my regular glasses and it was not the best option. These are a great alternative and great value. January 15, 2014

Can these be flipped up & out of the way for standard TV viewing, while staying clipped on the prescription glasses? Or must they be actually unclipped from the glasses for standard TV?

Is the tint lighter on these than the AG-F220 clip ons?

Tint appears lighter in the photos, I would definitely buy these if they are not as dark as the F220s.

Answer:
We appreciate your interest in this television and its accessories. The color of the lenses can vary, according to the ambient lighting, simply due to the fact that they are polarized lenses. This is normal for the Cinema 3D glasses.
