What People Are Saying

Rated 4.7 out of 5 by 282 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by GREAT value! This TV has been nothing short of amazing for us. The sound, the picture...awesome! I love that I can get "old" movies etc on features such as Amazon and youtube, without having to change remotes, and inputs. The sound is amazing...and of course, the size is nothing to sneeze at! July 6, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by accidental damage? I think this product is awesome! I just worry about if something happens and the screen gets damaged because i was not offered any accidental damage protection. August 4, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by for all my necesities I will buy this product again without think it twice July 19, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by EXCELLENT BUY I'VE WAITED FOR 5 MONTHS TO EVALUATE THIS TV KNOWING THAT INSTANT REVIEWS ARE MEANINGLESS. THIS TV IS BY FAR THE VERY BEST PURCHASE I'VE EVER MADE. THE PICTURE IS BEYOND OUTSTANDING, AND SOUND QUALITY IS EXCELLENT. THE INSTRUCTIONS SIMPLISTIC AND EASY TO FOLLOW. AFTER 5 MONTHS I'M AS IMPRESSED WITH THE TV AS I WAS THE DAY I PURCHASED IT July 19, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great tv This tv is perfect for me - low energy use, good internet for Netflix, nice screen and picture, and a really good price. Overall thumbs up! July 17, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by This is the best SMART LED TV for the money I had been researching TVs and when I saw this one, I knew that LG was a good quality brand. When I read the features and observed the floor model in action, I knew this was the TV for me and paid a lot less than I expected for it. When I got it home, it was very easy to set up. I will stick with LG. I also love my LG G2 cell phone :) July 11, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by This product has a great picture. This TV has a great picture and the features are easy to access using the mouse. July 9, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by This TV is Amazing The easy to follow guide made set-up a breeze. The quality of the picture blew me away. The Smart TV features are awesome. The style, with the narrow bezel, is very chic. I put this one in the master bedroom and now I'm hoping to get one with an even bigger screen for the family room very soon. July 5, 2014

Answer:
I believe the setting is permanent, I see no reason why it asks to be connected every time.

My TV is connected to 5 GHz router and I dont see an issue. Havent tried connecting to 2.4 GHz, but not sure if the issue is specific to that spectrum.

Did you try address reservation?

Answer:
I have this unit and our picture is excellent. Did you go back to where you bought it? Are you using the HDMI cables. If you have high def make sure you are on the high def channels.
what about through your DVD. If you have a hdmi or a blue ray and still have an issue then I would take the tv back because all the ones I have seen have had no issues.

How do you attach and external sound bar speaker

I admit, I love this tv however the sound is less than great. The high definition tv channels sound really LOW AND NOT GOOD , so I purchased a sound bar speaker for it and I can not for the life of me get it to work. I am at the point I am taking it back to the store.

Answer:
We regret the inconvenience you have experienced with this television and sound bar. An OPTICAL Audio Cable must be connected between the television and the sound bar. Once this connection is made, access the AUDIO menu on the television and set the TV SPEAKER setting to OFF in order to route the audio signal to the external speakers.
