Great for efficiency and time
Previously I had a low end washer. My dryer was on the fritz, and I decided to replace both the washer and dryer. I went up in price point, because I felt like the amount spent would eventually show up in lower energy bills. I have only had this unit a few months, but the run time is about half of what my old unit was, and seems to be use the water more efficiently as well.
I'm sure this was a problem with my old washer, but my clothes used to come out smelling slightly clean with a slight scent of mildew. Definitely don't have that problem with this washer.
The style is modern, but would fit in any laundry area. The controls are easy to use, and can be figured out in a few minutes, even without reading the manual. The handy usage chart that comes with a suction cup to hang on the side is a great idea, especially for quick reference.

This product works great
I love the design, I love the efficiency. It does rattle or vibrate a little bit when getting up to speed of spin but then stops. Overall I am happy with the product.

The washer leaks after 6 months and 30 washes
I read all the reviews when we had to buy a new washer after 25 years of no-problem-no-leaks just fine operation of our Kenmore washer. All the reviews of all kinds of machines focussed on the liiks, the features, the noisiness or lack of same, how clean the clothes were etc. nothing about repairs, etc. ok, I bought the LG. And I was shocked when last night --water all over the floor... So I researched the internet and found out there is a common leak caused by a design flaw -- an conduit hose touches a rubber bellows and over time it rubs a hole in the top of the bellows hose and water leaks out of it through an air vent and onto the floor. Look up LG washer leaks and you'll see for yourself. One guy replaced the hose 3 times in 5 years.
