    180g Kimchi, 150g Tofu, 110g Chives, 120g Glass noodles, 25~35 pieces of Dumpling wrappers, ¼  Onion, 5 Shiitake mushrooms, 100g Cabbage, Salt, Sesame oil, Soy sauce, Pepper, 2 tbsp Chopped green onions, 1 tbsp Chopped garlic

  • Recipe

  • 1. Boil the glass noodles, drain, and mix with 1 tbsp sesame oil and 2 tsp soy sauce. ​
    2. Mash the tofu and remove as much moisture as possible. ​
    3. Cut the shiitake mushrooms into 1cm cubes and stir-fry them in a pan with 1 tbsp sesame oil and 2 tsp soy sauce. ​
    4. Chop the kimchi, onion, cabbage, and chives. Chop the glass noodle. ​
    5. Place the chopped vegetables, kimchi, noodles, tofu, and shiitake mushrooms in a bowl, add 2 tbsp soy sauce, and 1/2 tsp salt, and mix.​
    6. Put about 40g of the mixed ingredients into the dumpling wrapper and make dumplings.​
    7. Pour 200ml water into crisp tray with steam plate. ​
    8. Put Kimchi Mandu on crisp tray with steam plate and spray some water on Kimchi Mandu. Cover with steam cover. ​
    9. Place the crisp tray on the low rack on the metal tray.​ Put into the SolarDOM™.
    10. Cook with microwave 900W for 15 minutes. Let them sit for 5 minutes after cooking.​
