The 4K resolution enhances the user’s immersion rate with clear pictures and high definition(3840 x 2160).<br/>
To express the 4K resolution on the monitor, you must make sure that the graphics card of your PC supports the 4K resolution and<br/>
use the cable supporting 4K/60Hz when connecting the PC to the monitor.

<li>The graphic card of the PC does not support the 4K resolution.</li>

<li>You did not connect it with a HDMI 2.0 or DP cable that supports 4K/60Hz.</li>

<li>When connecting it with a HDMI 2.0 cable, you did not activate the Ultra HD Deep Color settings on the monitor.</li>
