When touching a touch monitor, did touch work on the other monitor?
→ Set the display configuration in the Tablet PC Settings in Control Panel. -
Is the location of the touch pointer on the touch monitor different than the location you touch?
→ Set the calibration in the display option of the tablet PC settings in Control Panel. -
If the touch USB cable (UP1) is not connected, the touch function does not work.
→ Check that the touch USB cable (UP1) is connected.

How to configure or calibrate the touch monitor
1. From the task bar [ Search], enter [
Control Panel] and select [
Tablet PC Settings].
2. [Display configuration] Configure the pan and the touch display. When you click [ Settings (S)], a small letter will be displayed at the center of the screen.
3. Select [Tap with one finger to identify this screen as a touch screen] to identify it as a touch screen.
4. From [Display Options], select the touch monitor (example: 2. LG 23ET63), select [ Calibration (C)...] to begin calibration according to the guidance on the screen.
