    <p class="info-desc description">OnScreen Control (OSC) is a dedicated app that lets you easily manage [Screen Split], monitor settings, and [Picture Mode] on your LG monitor using a mouse. <br/>
    If the app does not launch properly or the menu does not appear, make sure that your LG monitor is connected correctly using a genuine cable and that your PC’s display setting is set to [Extend] mode.

<li>If the LG monitor is not properly connected to your PC or laptop, or if you are using a third-party monitor, some OSC features may be limited. </li>
      
<li>Communication between the monitor and PC via DDC/CI may fail if a non-genuine cable or adapter is used. </li>
      
<li>If the PC’s graphics driver is not up to date, the OSC menu may not appear or may be disabled.</li>
