Target model : PBP supporting monitor (32UD99, 43UD79, 38WK95C, 38UC99 and etc)
In the monitor input settings, the PBP(screen segment) function is operated to display only the half of screen.
Causes and Symptoms
- On the PBP supporting monitor, only left or right half of the screen is displayed.
Try this
1. Disable the monitor’s PBP(screen segment) function to OFF.
Menu → Input setting → PBP → Off settings
2. If hard to change the PBP setting or it is dark, then reset the monitor.
Menu → General → Reset → Yes or Power Off → Wait for 2 seconds → Press the OK key for 5 seconds.
