If the HDMI cable connection is bad or settop box broadcasting signal is weak, then the screen display can freeze, flicker, get cut or broken and so on.
In this case, ask the service provider and check the broadcasting signals [Wired, Cable, Skylife, IPTV and etc].

Is the cable connected properly?
➔ Check if the pins are damaged or have foreign objects.
Did you try to reset the TV monitor to the factory setting?
➔ Due to the setting errors in the TV monitor, the screen display can freeze, thus reset it to the factory setting.

1. Press the [Settings Menu] button on the remote controller.
2. Select [General].
3. Select [Reset to Initial Settings] and press [OK] to proceed with reset.
