When a laptop/desktop is connected to a monitor via an HDMI or USB-C cable and sound is played through the connected cable, there may be audio noise due to poor signal quality.
First, it is necessary to check if there is any noise when an external earphone/headset (external speaker) is connected to the laptop/desktop.
If the noise still occurs, try deleting and reinstalling the sound driver on the laptop/desktop.
Try this
① Connect external earphones/headphones (external speaker) to your PC to check if the sound is normal from the speakers.
※ Noise may occur due to earphones or external speaker problems.
② Sound driver errors may cause noise, so try deleting and reinstalling the drivers.
Click the right mouse button on the [Start] button on the left side of the desktop and select [Device Manager] to run it.
③ Right-click on the audio device under the [Sound, video and game controllers] section and select [Remove device].
※ The name of the audio device may be displayed differently depending on the model.
④ Click [Uninstall] and restart the system.
