2. Press the AC power switch at the bottom of the TV monitor to turn on the power.<br/>
If the TV monitor was turned off using the power switch at the bottom of the product, it won’t be turned on using the remote control.<br/>

If so, the TV monitor may not be able to detect signals sent from the remote control.

4. Turn off the room or living room lights and operate the remote control.<br/>
The remote control may malfunction due to frequency interference from three-wavelength fluorescent lamps (ballasts).<br/>
(The frequency of the remote control is 38(KHz))

If you see the infrared light from the transmitter when you press a button on the remote control using the camera function on your phone, the remote control is normal.<br/>
