- I am experiencing noise in addition to the normal sound on all channels.
Try this
Perform a sound test to check for abnormalities.
If you are using a set-top box to watch broadcasts, turn off the device completely, wait approx.
5 minutes, and turn it back on to see if the issue persists.
If the issue persists, please contact the set-top service provider.
The method for accessing the sound test function may vary depending on the product being used.
Smart TV (WebOS)
Select Home → Settings → View All Settings (Advanced Settings) → Sound → Sound Test.
Smart TV (NETCAST)
Select [Smart] or [Settings Menu] → [Settings] → [Customer Support] → [Sound Test].
General TV
Select [Settings] → [Customer Support] (press the red button at the bottom of the TV remote) → [Sound Test].
