If you are using a set-top box to watch broadcasts, turn off the device completely, wait approx.<br>
5 minutes, and turn it back on to see if the issue persists.<br>
If the issue persists, please contact the set-top service provider.<br>
The method for accessing the sound test function may vary depending on the product being used.
