You can use closed captioning in channels or programs that support the function.

➔ To enable captions, you can follow the steps below:
- If you are using an indoor/outdoor antenna or a wired broadcasting antenna directly connected to the
TV's antenna port, you can use the caption function.
Note that some broadcasters may not provide caption services, in which case the function may not be available. - The caption function is not supported with a set-top box.

Opening [Caption] in Settings
➔ Captioning in [2022 webOS 22]
1. After turning on the TV, press the [Settings] button on the remote control.
From [Settings], select [All Settings].
2. Select [General] and then [Accessibility].
3. Select [Closed Caption].
4. Set [Closed Caption] to On.
➔ Captioning in [2019 webOS 4.5]
1. After turning on the TV, press the [Settings] button on the remote control.
From [Settings], select [All Settings].
2. Select [Closed Caption] in [Accessibility].
3. Set [Closed Caption] to On.
[2021 WebOS 6.0] Press the button on your remote control and select [All Settings] → [General] → [Accessibility] → [Closed Caption] → [On].
[2019 WebOS 4.5] Press the button on your remote control and select [All Settings] → [Accessibility] → [Closed Caption] → [On].
[2018 WebOS 4.0] Press the button on your remote control and select [All Settings] → [Accessibility] → [Closed Caption] → [On].
[2017 WebOS 3.5] Press the button on your remote control and select [All Settings] → [Accessibility] → [Closed Caption] → [On].
