The set-top box has a preset delay time when switching channels. This differs slightly depending on the service provider that provides the set-top box.<br/>
However, it may also take a long time for the screen to change when switching the channels as a result of a set-top box error or communication problem.<br/>
In such a case, initializing the set-top box may solve the problem.

1. Turn off your TV using the remote control.

2. Turn off the power switch on the back of the set-top box, wait for 5 seconds, and turn it on again.
