[LG TV game] When I play a particular game title, game operation stuttering occurs [Xbox]

Troubleshooting
  • Some particular game titles (ex. Red Dead Redemption 2, etc.) only provide 30fps screen displays and stuttering (afterimage) may occur.
  • When using game titles with a frequency of less than 60Hz, you can improve the image quality by turning off ALLM (screen latency prevention function) on the game console and setting and using the [TruMotion] menu on the TV.

You can improve the image quality by smoothing the screen through the [TruMotion] setting of the TV function.
TruMotion cannot be set if you set the game mode for the video mode in the TV settings.
