An incorrect picture size setting can make the image appear stretched or distorted.
If the picture size is not set to 16:9, change it to 16:9. If the issue persists, change the picture size to "Original Ratio".

Try this.

Change the picture size to match the content you're watching.

➔ In the TV settings menu, select the options in the following order:

Press the Settings button image button on the remote → [All Settings] → [Picture] → [Aspect Ratio] → [User Selection]

1. Turn on the TV and press the [Settings] button on the remote.
In [Settings], select [All Settings].

2. In [Picture], select [Aspect Ratio].

3. In [User Selection], change the [Aspect Ratio].
