[LG TV] Screen Cuts Out and Freezes

If there is an issue with the set-top box or the communication line, the screen may freeze or cut out intermittently. <br>
Resetting the set-top box may help resolve these issues. <br>

※ If the problem persists after resetting the set-top box, please contact your service provider.

<h3 class="sub-tit">How to Reset the Set-Top Box</h3>

1. Turn off the TV using the remote control.

2. Turn off the power switch on the back of the set-top box. Wait 5 seconds, then turn it back on.
