How to Fix the Magic Remote Pointer issue
Check if [Audio Guidance] is enabled.
- 2021 and later (webOS 6.0+): Press [Settings] on the remote → [All Settings] → [General] → [Accessibility] → [Audio Guidance] → [Off]
- 2020 and earlier (webOS 5.0 and earlier): Press [Settings] on the remote → [All Settings] → [Accessibility] → [Audio Guidance] → [Off]
If the Magic Remote is disconnected from the TV, press the Wheel (OK) button to re-register it.
- If electronic devices are too close to the TV, they can interfere with the wireless signal and cause the Magic Remote connection to drop.
