After I stop CD/DVD, Disc door doesn't open
Symptom
Even though I press STOP, the Disc door doesn’t open.
How to fix
- Press STOP button on the remote control or on the product two to three times and press EJECT button.
- If you hear motor sound or if the door doesn’t open, contact service center.
There is no
recent product.
