[ThinQ] What is the difference between “Power Off” and “Disconnected” messages on my ThinQ app screen?

Operation

 How to Use LG ThinQ

Difference between “Power Off” and “Disconnected” on ThinQ app’s product information page.

Generally, ThinQ screen will display “Power Off” if your product power is turned off (plugged in).

On the other hand, ThinQ screen will display “Disconnected” if your product’s power cord is unplugged.

This indicates power saving capability when the product’s power is turned off. The message will show up differently on the ThinQ app’s product dashboard depending  on having the power saving mode or not.

   - Model with power saving function : “Power Off” shows up on ThinQ app screen

   - Model without power saving function : “Disconnected” shows up on ThinQ app screen

It is a normal operation if the ThinQ screen displays “Standby” within 1 minute from turning on the product.
