<h3 class="sub-tit">If there is a lot of food stored on the shelf or if the cold air outlet inside the refrigerator is blocked, cold air circulation may not be possible and the food may thaw.</h3>
<p>Also, the bottle stand receives less cold air than the inside of the shelf, so, foods that can melt easily, such as ice cream, may melt and chopped garlic may thaw.</p>
<h3 class="sub-tit">If the door is not closed completely and cold air escapes, warm air from the outside may flow in and the food may thaw.</h3>
<p>The freezing function may be degraded in a poorly ventilated environment around the refrigerator.</p>
<h3 class="sub-tit">If it has not been long since you put food in or if you put hot food that has not cooled sufficiently, the temperature inside the refrigerator may rise and frozen food may thaw.</h3>
<p>Also, if you open and close the door frequently when the ambient temperature is high, such as in summer, the temperature inside the refrigerator may rise significantly and frozen food may thaw.</p>
<h3 class="sub-tit">If the temperature in the location where the refrigerator is installed is too high or too low, malfunction may occur.</h3>

When power is supplied initially or re-supplied after repair, the freezer requires sufficient time to reach effective operating temperature once again.<br>
If the fridge temperature is set to ‘Low’, the refrigerator operates less and it may not be cooled sufficiently. (Limited to the refrigeration control type)

The front of the freezer is the path used for cold air circulation.<br>
Please do not block it with plastic or newspaper.<br>
Store foods that can easily melt, such as ice creams, and foods that can easily thaw, such as minced garlic, close to the cold air outlet.

<p>If the refrigerator/freezer is installed in a very cold place, there is a high possibility that there is little appreciable variation between the temperatures in the fridge and the outside air and any difference that you think you feel may not be real, so unless food goes bad, you can consider the refrigerator/freezer to be operating normally.</p>
