The refrigerator may not be cold after initial installation/reinstallation (such as after moving or cleaning) or repair.

Try this

After the repair or installation, weak cooling starts approximately two hours after the power is turned on. It will take about two to three days for a refrigerator to be cooled sufficiently to maintain the set operating temperature.

➔ Place water in both the freezer compartment and the refrigerator compartment and check if there is thin ice formed or the water is cold, respectively, after approximately two hours.

If no thin ice has formed or the water is not cold after two to three days, the refrigerator should be checked by a service technician.
