Why does Door appear on display?
Symptom
1. Door appears on display.
Cause
1. Food may not be heated when a door is not closed firmly due to obstacles.
How to fix
1. Open a door and remove any obstacles such as a decorative cover.
2. Open and close a door 5-10 times with force to remove materials on the door.
Press Start to see if the unit works normally.
3. Fill a cup with water and heat for 2-3 minutes to see if water is warmed up.
