In order to defrost frozen food evenly, when the buzzer sounds [beep, beep] to inform you to flip the food (meat) in the middle of defrosting, open the door, flip the frozen food (meat), close the door again, and press the [Start] button.

Defrost food after taking it out of the refrigerator by leaving it sit for 10 to 20 minutes.
If the food is not fully defrosted, leave it at room temperature for about 5 minutes in order for it to defrost.
Defrosting food after covering it with plastic wrap or vinyl may cause the food to be partially cooked, so it is recommended that you defrost after removing plastic wrap or vinyl.
If you use a deep porcelain bowl, effective heat circulation may be blocked and heating may be weak. Use a shallow wide plate or flat bowl for defrosting.
