For a Signature model, if the fabric softener is not dispensed or you cannot smell the fabric softener after washing is complete, first check whether the liquid detergent/fabric softener went in the correct dispensers.

<p>
A Signature model has an automatic liquid detergent/fabric softener dispenser in the lower part of the front load washing machine.<br/>
Normally, the liquid detergent should be poured into the left side, and the fabric softener dispenser should be put into the right side.<br/>
If they are put in the reverse order, you will not smell the fabric softener on the fabrics after washing is complete.
