If you're not using fabric softener, try using it.
Fabric softener makes clothes soft and fragrant. If your clothes are
still stiff after using fabric softener,
check if it was dispensed too early and clean the detergent dispenser
drawer.
Adding fabric softener past the Max line can also cause it to dispense
prematurely, so add softener below the Max line.
Caution!
Opening the detergent drawer while water is filling can cause the water to flow into the fabric softener compartment and dispense it too early.
Make sure to select a wash cycle before pressing Start/Pause.
→ If a wash cycle is not selected, rinsing will not take place, making your clothes feel stiff.
