[LG washing machine fabric damage] The fabric is damaged. (Torn, hole)

Troubleshooting

Cases where memory wires or hairpins may come off and get caught in the holes in the tub, damaging the fabric are possible.
The use of chlorine-based bleach may damage the fabric.
When you add a lot of bulky laundry items, such as duvets, they may float, causing damage to the fabric.

Try this

Is there a foreign object caught in the holes in the tub?

➔ If a foreign object is caught in the holes in the tub, laundry may be caught and damaged when spinning.

This is not a defect of the washing machine, and can be easily resolved by checking and removing foreign objects found in the tub.

Did you wash a bulky duvet?

➔ For effective washing, be sure to wash a duvet using the Bedding course.

Add only one duvet, and when you carry out washing after water is supplied, press the Start/Pause button to stop the product, open the door, submerge the duvet completely in water by hand, close the door, and press the Start/Pause button to commence the wash.
