1. Since it takes time for the door lock to be locked and unlocked, please wait until it is completely locked and unlocked when pausing or stopping the machine.

3. If you release the handle but the drawer still cannot be opened, turn the machine on and off again using the integrated control of the front load washing machine or the remote control while pushing the washing machine drawer one more time.
