[LG washing machine - Rinsing] Operation stopped while rinsing with water left in the tub.

Troubleshooting

Try this

Has the power been turned off?

→ Power on and press the Dewater button to start spin drying.

If power is cut off during operation or you chose [Wash], [Rinse] or [Wash+Rinse] mode, your machine will turn off after completing the selected task without draining the water.

Is the drain hose is compressed or bent blocking the water flow?

→ Straighten the drain hose to ensure smooth water flow.

If the drain hose is twisted, bent or is installed to a high position, water flow may be hindered and draining fail.
In this case, ensure that the drain hose is positioned no more than 6cm up from the floor and that the floor is firm and flat.

If rinse accompanies quick dewatering. If rapid dewatering repeats watering/rinsing?

→ If the laundry is not spread evenly during quick dewatering, water is supplied to operate the unwinding motion in order to level the laundry.

Operation of the unwinding motion lengthens the time for quick dewatering. When the imbalance issue is solved, your washing machine will start quick dewatering normally.
If the problem persists, evenly spread the laundry before trying again.

※ If the laundry is not spread evenly or is not level, quick dewatering may not proceed normally.
