<h3 class="sub-tit">Is the drain hose is compressed or bent blocking the water flow?</h3>
<p class="info-desc">→ Straighten the drain hose to ensure smooth water flow.</p><p>
If the drain hose is twisted, bent or is installed to a high position, water flow may be hindered and draining fail.<br>
In this case, ensure that the drain hose is positioned no more than 6cm up from the floor and that the floor is firm and flat.

<p class="info-desc">→ If the laundry is not spread evenly during quick dewatering, water is supplied to operate the unwinding motion in order to level the laundry.</p><p>
Operation of the unwinding motion lengthens the time for quick dewatering. When the imbalance issue is solved, your washing machine will start quick dewatering normally.<br>
If the problem persists, evenly spread the laundry before trying again.
