[LG top load washing machine rinsing] The laundry feels stiff.

Troubleshooting

If you used too much detergent or set a lower number of rinsings, the laundry may be stiff.
The laundry may also be stiff if a fabric softener is not injected to soften the clothes.

Try this

Did you use more than the recommended amount of detergent?

➔ Use only the recommended amount of detergent for top load washing machines indicated on the detergent packaging.

If you use more than the recommended amount of detergent, detergent will remain in the clothes and residue will accumulate in the tub, resulting in contamination.

Standard usage of detergent for general washing machines

Did you set and run a lower number of rinsings?

➔ Use the Safe Rinse course add rinse.

The default number of rinsings varies by course, so if a lower number of rinsings is applied, the laundry may feel stiff.

Did you add fabric softener beyond the Max line or close the detergent dispenser forcibly?

➔ Add fabric softener only up to below the Max line according to the amount recommended by the manufacturer.

Fabric softener is automatically injected at the final rinse, but if it is added beyond the Max line, it may be injected earlier.
Excessive use may also contaminate the tub, so add only the amount of fabric softener recommended by the manufacturer up to below the Max line.

Putting the fabric softener under the MAX line (Fabric softener : The shape of the detergent dispenser may vary by model.)
Note
Dilute a highly concentrated fabric softener in water before use.
