When the washing cycle ends normally, the washing machine prepares in advance to open the door when approximately 1-2 minutes remain before the spinning cycle ends, to ensure that the door can be opened immediately after the cycle ends.
If the temperature around the washing machine is high, the door may open later due to the presence of that high temperature.
First, check if a foreign object such as a steel wire is caught in the drain hole of the tub.
If there’s a foreign object, please remove it.
If the washing cycle ends abnormally
If the spinning cycle or the drying cycle is not carried out completely or the product operation ends abnormally, the door can be opened approximately 1-2 minutes later.
