If not, this may occur if the vinyl coating on the front button is torn and water gets into the button.<br>
The power is off but if I rotate the tub by hand, the power is turned on.<br>
This is a normal phenomenon when a motor rotates and plays the role of a generator.<br>
The power will remain on, and then be turned off after a specified time.
