LG Washer/Dryer Combo - How to Use the Dry Only Feature
- Turn on the machine. Press the Power button to switch on the unit.
- Add your clothes. Place the wet or damp laundry into the drum.
- Activate the Dry cycle. Without turning the main cycle selection dial, press the dedicated Dry button on the control panel. On some models, this may be labeled "Dry Only".
-
Select drying options (if desired). If you press the
Dry button repeatedly, you can cycle through different options, such as:
- Time Dry: Allows you to set the drying time manually, typically in 30, 60, or 120-minute increments.
- Cupboard Dry: Dries clothes completely, ready to be put away.
- Iron Dry: Leaves clothes slightly damp, making them easier to iron.
- Eco: Uses less energy for drying.
- Disable the spin cycle. In some models, the unit automatically includes a spin cycle. To ensure only drying occurs, repeatedly press the Spin Speed button until the spin light is turned off.
-
- Press Start. Once you've selected your desired settings, press the Start/Pause button to begin the dry-only cycle.
