■ Product often keeps disconnecting from Wi-Fi network
1. Unstable Wi-Fi connection generally occurs when the Wi-Fi signal between router and product is weak.
2. Wi-Fi signal can restrict communication in the case of increased distance between the router and connected product,
and obstacles blocking the path between the two devices.
1) Your product should be placed as close to the router as possible (at least within 10M).
2) If the distance between the product and router is too far, consider installing an extra router or repeater.
3) If you are experiencing technical difficulties, contact your Internet service provider and request circuit checkup and ask how to fix the connection problem.
