The exterior of the dryer door is assembled using 2 plastic parts.
The door consists of a silver door, and a black door cover that wraps the front of the door. From the front (illustration below), the silver door and the black cover are fastened by 9 hooks.
The black square area at the 12 o’clock position when you see the door from the front is where the hooks are fastened.
There are 9 hooks, and distance between each hook is approximately 12 to 18cm.
Because of this distance, areas between hooks where the plastic cover is not secured may be slightly lifted by less than 1mm, but rest assured, this is a normal phenomenon due to the structure of the machine.
If you press the area by hand, the black cover (injection-molded part) yields, and there may be movement of less than 1mm.
