I want to know how to remove residual water.

Causes and Symptoms

  • An odor comes from inside the machine.

If you don’t use the dryer for a long time, an odor may come from inside the drum.
Excessive use of detergents may cause an odor from inside the dryer.

Try this

It is better to remove residual water if you will not use the dryer for a long time or before you run Tub Clean.

There may be lots of water left in the product; drain it by running the ventilation cycle.
Press the Power button, select Ventilation, and then press Start/Pause.
Run Ventilation for 2 to 3 minutes, then press the Power button to stop the machine.

Prepare a drain tray and place it under the product.


1. Pull out the safety drain hose from the holder and place it over the drain tray.

2. Pull out the stopper by turning it counterclockwise and remove all water left inside the product.

3. Ensure that you reinstall the stopper after removing residual water.

Warning!

A loose stopper may cause leaking.

4. Place the safety drain hose into the holder.

Open the drain hose cap and remove any residual water

If the product is installed over the washing machine, use a bucket type drain tray.
Depending on the operating environment, some water may be left.
