Causes and Symptoms
- The product does not drain directly but drains to a bucket, so the bucket will be filled with water discharged after drying and will become too heavy to empty.
You may feel it heavy as the bucket holds 6L of condensed water made during drying.
This is normal and is caused by the increased capacity of the product. Holding the bucket with both hands may be helpful in this case.
Try this
Two-step installation lifts the bucket position and makes it harder to use. It is better to install a drain hose.
Installation of the drain hose is recommended in most cases.
How to install the drain hose
Connecting a drain hose to the product may directly drain the condensed water created during the drying cycle.
Step 1. Remove the hose (①) and the stopper (②) from the drain bucket.
Do not turn the connector (③). The hose inside the product may become twisted and cause an error while the product runs.
Step 2. Connect the stopper (②) to the place from which you removed the hose, and connect the drain hose (④) that came with it to the place from which you removed the stopper.
If the drain hose is broken or compressed when installed, drying may not be done normally.
Use of a drain hose made by other manufacturers may cause damage to the product.
Depending on the operating environment, some water may remain.
