Remove the lint filter as shown in the figure below and check if any laundry or foreign objects got inside the round part on the right.
Using a timer on the camera or a voice recognition function on your mobile phone, photograph the inside of the lower part of the product to see if any laundry or foreign objects are caught in the motor.
If no laundry or foreign objects are found caught in the motor, call an LG service technician for a machine inspection.
