Why cannot a Roboking go over a threshold?
Symptom
Performance/run > Roboking cannot go over a threshold
Cause
Roboking with a mop plate can not go over a threshold higher than 5 mm.
How to fix
1. Please check if the mop plate is attached to the product.
2. Roboking cannot go over a threshold higher than 5-10 mm with the mop plate.
3. If the mop is too wet, a Roboking may not clean due to friction between the mop and the floor.
4. Make sure to squeeze the water out from the mop.
