Does your CordZero vacuum cleaner power off while cleaning carpets or mats?
Try this
1. When cleaning carpets and mats, the vacuum cleaner may mistakenly detect an obstruction and
automatically stop.
This is not a malfunction; simply turn the vacuum back on and continue using it.
2. To effectively clean carpets and mats, switch to the appropriate nozzle or tool.
Depending on your product model, you may need to purchase additional nozzles separately.
Crevice tool
Use the crevice tool to remove dust from corners or narrow spaces.
You can effortlessly clean tangled pet hair and dirt on children’s play mats (PU, PVC mats) by using the crevice
tool and switching to Turbo mode.
Combination tool
Switch between standard mode and brush mode based on the area you wish to clean.
-
Standard mode
Use this mode for cleaning flat surfaces like sofas or mattresses. -
Brush mode
Use this mode for delicate surfaces such as frames or furniture.
To switch to brush mode, press the adjustment button and push it forward.
Hard dirt tool
Firm bristles of this tool effectively remove solidified dirt.
Also use this tool to clean up hair or foreign objects that are entangled in carpets or rugs.
Mattress tool
Use the mattress tool to clean up dust from mattresses, delicate fabrics, and upholstery.
Do not use the Dual Floor Max Nozzle (designed for carpets and hard floors) or the Wide Hard Floor Nozzle
(designed for hard floors) on PVC or polyurethane children’s play mats.
These nozzles may cause the mat to stick, making vacuum operation difficult.
This can lead to potential
damage to the mat and the generation of static electricity.
Instead, use the crevice tool to clean the mats.
