Causes and Symptom
- ‘CL’ appears on the display.
- I can’t press the button.
- The cycle and option selection keys are disabled.
If the lock icon is turned on or ‘CL’ appears on the display, the buttons were set to be locked and you cannot operate them.
Check if the button lock is set and if so, disable the setting.
What is the Button Lock?
For the purpose of preventing accidents or malfunctions that might be caused by children’s manipulation, the touch buttons on the product may be locked.

Try this
After starting a cycle, press the Control Lock button for three seconds to disable the setting.
If the power is on, you can disable the lock setting any time you want.
Even when a cycle ends or power is off, the button lock preset will remain effective.
