If the glass plate does not turn, remove the glass plate and the rolling wheel and run the appliance. If the plate driving pivot rotates, then there is no abnormality.
Wash the glass plate and the rolling wheel to remove foreign objects, dry them, place the rings under the glass plate onto the pivot so that they properly engage each other, then normal rotation will result.
The glass plate may not turn smoothly in the following cases.
- Too much food is being heated
- A dish larger than the glass plate is being used
- Lots of food is place on one side (unbalanced)
In the above cases which involve the three-roller wheel type of glass plate carrier, rotation may be seen to be intermittent though the drive pivot rotation is smooth.
The product is normal. Don’t worry and use your machine.
In the case of the three-roller wheel type, if the glass plate and the rolling wheel are not located correctly in the center, the plate will be off-center and may rattle, or start and stop.
