<li>I am using a UHD monitor but when I connect USB-C or DP(display port), the max resolution is not supported.</li>

<p class="info-desc">You have to make sure that your PC graphics card’s display port or USB-C output condition meets the 4K(3840x2160＠60Hz) spec of your monitor. You have to activate the DisplayPort 1.2 menu before you can use 4K(3840x2160＠60Hz).</p>

Go to Monitor Setting Menu → [Settings] → [DisplayPort 1.2] → [Enable]</p>
