Right click on the background and check the screen resolution or the resolution in the display setting, and if the recommended resolution is not available,
then it means that the PC graphics(VGA) card is not installed.

Check if the PC graphics card supports the recommended resolution for each monitor component terminal as indicated in the user manual.
If the graphics card fails to implement the resolution supported by the monitor, you cannot use the recommended resolution on the monitor.
Add or change to the graphics card that supports the resolution of the monitor.
