The two sides of picture are cut and the fonts don’t appear on the proper place.
Cause
It is due to different aspect ratio depending on the input signal.
Please adjust the ratio in the Settings Menu.
How to fix

It can occur due to different aspect ratio depending on the input signal. It is not a product defect.
eg
.) If commercials interrupt while watching HD broadcasts.

Adjust the ratio appropriate to the input signal.
③ Adjust through Settings button of remote control > “Picture” > “Aspect Ratio”.
You can select 4:3, 16:9, Zoom, or etc.
