[LG Beam Projector Cleaning] How do I clean the projector lens?

Troubleshooting

If there are stains or dust on the lens, remove them.
However, be cautious when cleaning the lens, as cleaning with excessive force may damage the lens.
Scratches on the lens surface caused by everyday use do not affect the product's performance.

Try this

Turn off the power of the mini-beam and allow it to cool down at room temperature.
In the case of dust on the lens surface, remove it using a blower or brush.
For stains, gently wipe the lens surface in one direction using a soft cloth.

Warning!
Avoid cleaning while the mini-beam is in operation. Make sure that you let the mini-beam cool down sufficiently.
When using a cleaner solution, avoid spraying it directly on the lens surface. Instead, spray it on a cleaner paper or microfiber cloth and use it for cleaning.
Make sure that you use a cleaner specifically designed for lenses.
※ Use air spray, a soft cloth, or a cotton swab moistened with a lens cleaning chemical or alcohol to remove dust or stain
Preventing scratches
Use a soft cloth (microfiber) and avoid rough fabrics such as dry mops or coarse rags.
Refer to the user manual for the recommended cleaning method.
Exercise caution and refrain from using sharp objects near the lens.

※ If the lens surface of the product is hacked or scratched during use or if the screen is affected by the resultant damage, please contact LG Electronics Service Center for inspection.
