- I cannot see the picture at all.
Try this
1. Check if the lens cover is closed.
2. Check if the cable between the projector and the PC, DVD player, etc. is correctly connected.
3. Press the input selection button on the remote control or control panel to check if the correct signal is being received.
4. If the picture is not produced from the PC, check if the PC output cable is properly connected to the projector's RGB IN port.
Some models support the RGB OUT port. Make sure that the cable is not connected to the RGB OUT port.

5. Check if the video output settings on the PC are correct.
