To connect a Bluetooth device to your projector, go to the Settings menu, select [Sound Out], and choose your device from the Bluetooth list.
Make sure the device you want to connect is in pairing mode.
Previously connected Bluetooth devices are automatically saved to the [Registered Devices] list. You can easily reconnect them later from this list without having to search for them again.
Common causes of Bluetooth or external device connection issues and sound dropouts
1. Bluetooth signals may be interrupted by nearby devices that generate strong radio waves, such as Wi-Fi routers or microwaves.
2. The connection may become unstable if the projector and Bluetooth device are more than 32 ft (10 m) apart, or if there are obstacles between them.
3. The projector may not connect if the Bluetooth device is already paired to another device, like a smartphone.
4. Even if connected, sound will not play if the projector’s sound output is set to [Internal Speaker] instead of the Bluetooth device.
5. A temporary system issue with the projector may prevent device recognition or cause unstable connections, leading to audio issues.

FAQ
- Q. Why does my Bluetooth connection keep dropping?
-
A. The connection may become unstable if the projector and device are too far apart (more than 32 ft / 10 m) or if there is strong wireless interference nearby.
The sound may also cut out if the device's battery is low or if it is simultaneously connected to another device.
- Q. What should I do if there is no sound after connecting a Bluetooth device?
-
A. First, check that the sound output is set to Bluetooth. Also, ensure the device volume is not too low or muted.
If needed, reconnect the Bluetooth device, or turn off the projector for about 5 minutes and then turn it back on.
