Causes and Symptoms
- I tried to setup the sound bar with the [Google Home] app, but it did not seem to finish properly.
- Wi-Fi connection is failed during the initial setup of sound bar.
Try this
1. Terminate the [Google Home] app.
2. After removing the power cord of the product, wait for 10 seconds and then reconnect the power cord and turn on the power.
3. Reset the product.
➔ At the top of the product, press down the Mic Mute button for 5 seconds. (Front Display : RESET display)
The product is reset and rebooted. (It takes about 1 minute.)
4. After the booting is completed, restart the [Google Home] app and proceed with the setup.
